Whether you are travelling from the Malta International Airport by car or from the Capital City, Valletta by bus, finding your way to The Palace in Sliema is easy.
Directions to The Palace from Malta International Airport:
Once you leave Malta International Airport follow the signs to Valletta for approximately 6.5 km until you see the first sign for PIETA. Turn LEFT at this point and continue along Pieta Creek (Yacht Marina) until you reach MSIDA roundabout and from here follow the signs to SLIEMA through GZIRA. With Sliema Creek on your right, drive on until you reach the Strand then turn LEFT up Tower Road until you get to the Old Fortress. When you pass the fortress, enter the next road on the left, Dingli Street and go straight up till the end of the road and turn left into (Triq il Kbira) "Highstreet". The hotel is located on High Street.
Directions to The Palace from Valletta Bus Terminus:
Catch a bus from Valletta Main Bus Terminus (numbers 61, 62, 63, 64, or 65) to Sliema (approximately 25 minute ride). Ask the bus driver to stop you at the bus stop in front of the Preluna Hotel. Walk up the road just next to the Preluna Hotel, the road on the hotel’s left side. The Palace is situated on that road, on High Street, Sliema.
If however you are unfamiliar with Malta, it is advisable that you catch a private taxi from the Malta International Airport directly to the hotel. The cost of a one way taxi transfer is approximately Euro 21. Should you wish you may email us on:
