What are the Check-in/Check-out times?
Check-in: 15:00hrs onwards
Check-out: 12:00hrs

Early check-in and late check-out is possible subject to availability on the day.

Do you offer In-room Guest Laundry service?
The hotel offers two services. Both services are collected from your room before 09:00hrs and normal service will be returned the following day, whilst express service is delivered by 17:00hr on the same day.

Do you provide Parking facilities?
The hotel offers the facility of its own private car park on a complimentary basis to all its guests. The car park is available 24 hours.

  • 300 Meters - 5 minutes walk to Sliema Centre and the sea front

  • 01.1 Kilometres - 17 minutes walk to the nearest diving school
  • 02.9 Kilometres - 10 minutes drive to the Casino in St. Julian’s
  • 05.1 Kilometres - 30 minutes drive to the Royal Malta Golf & Sports Club
  • 06.1 Kilometres - 15 minutes drive to Malta’s capital city, Valletta
  • 10.8 Kilometres - 30 minutes drive to Malta International Airport
  • 11.7 Kilometres - 30 minutes drive to the Mdina, the silent city
  • 19.3 Kilometres - 40 minutes drive to Malta’s large sandy beaches in the North

Are Baby-Sitters available?
Yes, experienced Baby-Sitters are available to take care of your little ones. (24hour notice is required)

Where can I hire a car?
Car rental facilities are available from the Front Desk. The car hire company has a fleet of different models which are available to suit your particular needs and all are fully equipped. A valid driving licence from country of origin is required. Driving is on the left hand side!

If I need a doctor what should I do?
A doctor is on call round the clock, however, a “Polyclinic” is in close proximity of the hotel and the general hospital is about 15 minutes away by car.

I would like to visit the places of interest in Malta. Are Excursions available?
Yes excursions are available to various destinations in Malta & Gozo. Our Front Office Personnel have all the information and can assist you with the information and bookings.

Where can I get a Taxi?
From the Front Desk we can organize taxis through a reputable firm which has fixed charges.

Are Pool Towels available?
Yes, pool towels are available from the Pool Attendant free of charge. A pool towel token will be given on your check in, where a deposit of 20.00Euro per person will be charged to your bill, which is to be refunded on your check out on return of the pool towel token.

Which Credit Cards can I use?
We accept American Express, Diners, Visa and Master Card. On check in you will be requested to fill in your card details on the registration card as a means to allow access to guarantee (pre authorization) for direct payment and extras which might be charged to your account.
