We are looking for highly motivated persons for the following positions who ideally possess the following skills and qualities:
On a Full Time basis
Pastry Chef – The right candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience working in a five star hotel in the pastry section, be enthusiastic and able to work flexible hours. Also, able to manage a team of co-workers and maintain full hygiene practices at all times.
Junior Sous Chef - The right candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience working in a five star hotel, be enthusiastic and able to work flexible hours. Also, able to manage a team of co-workers and take lead in the absence of the Head Chef and maintain full hygiene practices at all times.
Night Auditor – The right candidate must be computer literate, fluent in English and another European language, able to work night shifts, be smart in appearance, guest oriented and able to handle cash. Previous experience will be considered an asset.
Sales Clerk – The right candidate must be computer literate, fluent in English and preferably another European language, able to work flexible hours, be smart in appearance, have the flair with clients and guests, outgoing and portray a professional image. Previous experience will be considered an asset.

Working at The Palace
MARK ZAMMIT
Has been employed as Headwaiter at The Palace since pre-opening stage in May 2007. Works both in our main restaurant, The Tabloid, as well as at our Asian Fusion restaurant TemptAsian.
KENNETH FARRUGIA
Has been employed as a part time houseman at The Victoria Hotel since 2006 then joined The Palace as a linen keeper on full time basis. In summer 2009, Kenneth was promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor, a position he still holds today. Kenneth was also awarded the best achiever of summer 2008.
ADRIANA FARRUGIA
Has been employed as a Front Office Agent at The Palace since pre-opening stage in July 2007. She has also been nominated and rewarded the MTA Star Award 2008.
